Cold in LA. Accurate Zone, Heating and Air Conditioner Service

I chose Accurate Zone after reading all the reviews on the Home Advisor site. I spoke with Cathy, who right away made me feel comfortable. After struggling with coordinating schedules for home visit as a consolation Cathy waived the diagnostic fee. There were descriptions I couldn%u2019t give about my furnace so they let me send them email photos which pin-pointed all. Cathy was so proud to announce that the visit by the service technician would be the owner himself, JUAN. Juan arrived on time was very approachable and explained all the questions I had clearly. The heaters are ancient. One that needed parts Juan had a tuff time locating however Juan kept me current on his efforts via text. Juan provided two estimates because one part may be all that%u2019s needed to get the system going however if this cheaper part didn%u2019t remedy then the more costly repair (parts and labor) was proposed. No hard sell from Juan however my lack of luck dictated the more costly repair to avoid patch work and to insure my families%u2019 safety. We%u2019re talking about GAS, in good conscious I could not take risks and short cuts. After expressing despair Juan knock 50 bucks off his labor. I will call Accurate when I %u2018m ready to install the Air Conditioning Unit.
