Totally unresponsive. Lackeys of American Home Shield scam

These folks purportedly are based in Katy, TX. They are contractors for American Home Shield.
They are next to impossible to reach. They will not stand behind their work and they do shoddy work.
After a diagnostic technician found a problem, they, thru AHS, installed a replacement air conditioning condenser unit. It was manufactured by Payne, a division of Carrier. It was not equivalent to what was there before, but that is a different story.
In any event, the unit failed within two days. They refused to replace it, claiming the manufacturer's warranty prohibited anything but replacement parts.
They sent a crew to remove the heat exchanger indicating they would be back in an hour. Then they said the part wasn't available for 7-10 days.in the meantime, temperatures in soared into the 100's.
Now, over two weeks later, we're still waiting. We've spent an entire day today waiting for the replacement techs. (Total hours wasted on these clowns has been over 20).
Will they ever come back?
