Ripoff poor workmanship, poor maintenance help

I purchased a GS-2 Spa from this company in March of last year. I have had to replace leaky pipes twice in the last year with down time of up to two weeks at a time. Their nonchalant attitude and quick fix methods did not solve the problem and I am again waiting for result.
