Zero turn lawn mower - Craftman Lawn Tracto

Three and a half years ago i purchased a zero turn lawnmower and a repair agreement. I paid $2450.00 even with the service agreement sears has spent $7000.00 on repairing this equiptment. When i told them i was feed up and would like to give the lawnmower back they would not even speak about it. I ask to talk to some one in charge i was told they were on vacation. I know all of the repairmen by there first name. There hands are tied they must keep trying to repair this piece of junk. My brother-n-law had a similar experience with their 50 inch cut zero turn he finally was give $1550 which is now what he paid for his his cost $5000.00 he had to put $250.00 with it to get a cheaper model that was not a zero turn and it broke down the first time he cut grass. I painted lemons on my lawnmower and if anyone buys a sears lawnmower i pitty them. This is know way to run a business. They so not take pride in what they sale anymore.
