Told me my photo was accepted for publication, then as I understand it scammed people

My daughter's picture was "apparently" accepted for publication in Endless Journeys*.
She passed away in 7 and I recently came across this artist proof and order form.
So I was thinking of ordering the book. However when I searched for the book.
I found this site and ALOT of complaints saying its all a scam. I am not sure if she paid
them enter this contest or not. If someone else's photo was " accepted" and knows the details of this please let me know. Sure do wish it wasnt a scam would be nice to have a copy of her work,
since she is no longer with me.
