UBH lied, will not finish work, going on 6 yrs and can't live in house, sub par work, cheap materials, poor workmanship

I signed the contract to build my house 6 years ago. I can't move in the house because it has never passed the city of La Porte final inspection. I have been paying the mortgage and taxes for that period of time also. When I call them to ask why or when they will return I get no results. This company is the biggest ripoff I have ever encountered. If I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't let them build me a birdhouse. Please please please do not use this company.
