Mark Lennox Was Rude

My wife and I had a presentation in our home on a Monday with the sales person. We worked out a plan to have some past due bills covered in the loan with the windows. We explained to her that we needed to be contacted with the loan amount and monthly payment ASAP so we could say wether or not we could afford it.

Well no call was made the next day so I waited until Wednesday. I called Mark Lennox who stated that he had a lender with an amount and he would be sending the slaes rep out the next day to finalize. Well both of us work Thursday and friday and would not be able to meet until Saturday. This would have taken us outside of our 3 day cancellation period. So I called back and cancelled the contract since we would not know the amount until past the three day grace period.

I finally got ahold of Mark Lennox and said we were canceling the contract. He said and I quote " good, your credit sucks we don't need you". Well to begin with my credit doesn't suck his problem is that he could not push another customer into another inflated loan.

I would suggest not doing business with this company since their windows are not the only triple pane on the market and have greatly inflated prices.
