Deceptive warranty-low quality products

Three years after purchasing a mattress from Sit n Sleep, it started caving in. Take into account that the person sleeping on this mattress is a 5 year old child weighing 40lbs. This should not be happening even on an average quality mattress. We called Sit n sleep and requested that we get some credit towards the purchase of a replacement mattress since they offered a 10 year warranty on this mattress. They sent out a so called "technician". He claimed that the mattress caved only one inch and it requires one and one half inch of cratering for the warranty to take effect.

I will not purchase from them ever again. And I do not recommend anyone else purchase their products. I do believe that they are misleading their customers with promises of lenghty warranty periods but dont expect anything to happen when you do call them on their warranty... They will find an excuse to avoid either replacing your defective product or giving you credit towards a replacement.
