Lack of Professionalism/Customer Service

A little of history info: I've been a TruGreen customer because the summer of 2008; I reside in rural Champaign State and also have only a little over one-acre of home that requires to be preserved. The providers that I Have caught for previously are for filter control and fertilization with everywhere from 4-6 programs per period. Each software runs $120.00.

I've been attempting, unsuccessfully, for that previous 8 weeks to acquire a pre-notice card to obtain some concept when my 2011 programs may occur. This can be a post-card that's the amount of programs and also the rough times the garden is likely to be maintained. I've obtained them previously. On April 11th, I talked with Courtney who established that I've 4 programs this season and might mail-me a pre-note card. On May 9th, may however no pre-notice card or lawn-care software obtained, I named and talked with Leslie who explained that she'd place me back about the pre-notice program and plan a software ASAP with Bob (the person who the arrangement). On May 13th, talking to customer support consultant Kathy, I asked why my friend obtained a software that evening and that I did not. I live-out in the united states and maynot comprehend why something vehicle might travel completely out for just one software. Kathy assured me that she'd plan a software for me ASAP (indeed, again with Frank). On June 6th at 9am I named and talked with Courtney again who explained the pre-notice program was stopped 3-months before and pre-calls to clients were getting their location. She decided that 'yes, I ought to have experienced a minumum of one application right now' and might hand-deliver to Bob (yes, again with Bob) my info and request a software. I also required that Bob contact me and so I might consult with him about that problem. Obviously it has been 31 hours, provide or consider, and that I still have not noticed from Bob (the intended scheduler). Or have I receieved an answer to my email to TruGreen corporate.
