Software Not what they claim

I bought application over web obtained via downlown at 6:15 PM Feb 20. I tried the program claiming you have access to DTV stations on your PC. Well all of the programs are offshore programs and also the not many which are US programs are university broadcast channels. At 9:30 PM I trried to contact via email and by telephone to stop this and obtain a return. THEY DON'T react to email and also the voice-mail package continues to be complete since last Friday evening which means you cannot keep a note. Main point here DO NOT GET THIS APPLICATION itis NOT what itis advertized to become. I have stuffed a thru my charge card organization to disputer the cost and am calling the FCC about their businness methods. I would recommend that you don't conduct business with 3B Software Inc.interval.
