They keep calling both my home phone and my cell phone at the same time several times per day!

I am registered with the government's do-not-call registry for unsolicited calls and these people, scam artists, obviously, call my home phone and cell phone several times per day. I have NEVER contacted them initially and wish not to be called. This they are doing illegally. I have reported them to the Gov't. S registry as well.
