Deceptive Sales Practices

The sales consultant in the shop suggested they might take results on extra purchase substance so long as it had been still within the container as well as in very good condition. After I completed the task, which appears great, I delivered an unopened container simply to be informed from the Asst Store-Manager they don't take results for sale products, or laminate floor whatsoever. He recognized the unique sales consultant had lied concerning the return policy, but he declined to provide anything-but shop credit, that'll not dome worthwhile since I'll not conduct business with this specific shady business again.
