Asked for Flea and Tick spray - DID NOT GET IT!

In approximately mid March, I received a phone call from TruGreen asking me if I'd like to receive their services this summer. Part of their sales pitch was "we service a few of your neighbors and would like to service your lawn as well" I asked if they treated for fleas and ticks. This is my main concern because I have 2 dogs and 4 cats who go outside often. I also have a 9 year old daughter that is very active during the summer and I'd like for our back yard to be as safe as possible.in addition, I expressed that we just moved into this house last fall and since it's a nice house, I'd like the lawn to match.

The sales rep assured me that they would come out to my home and treat my lawn for crab grass, dandelions and weeds as well as flea and tick prevention. Sounded good to me, so I agreed to their terms of service. A few weeks later, we fell into financial hardship. Some unexpected things came up and I called TruGreen back to cancel my service.
