Plugged toilet. They said the plug was in the toilet itself and would have to be replaced. The cheapest one was 670.00. When is was installed it was still plugged and of course the plug was way down the line. After cutting pipes they found it and of course i was stuck with a toilet i could not afford. I am appalled at this and i believe this was deliberate because i am elderly and alone. This money would have paid for prescriptions which i need. I believe this was totally unnessecary and i am just sick about it my family is irate but this is nothing we can do.
