BAD SERVICE DEPARTMENT - repair refrigerato

I am very upset with Sears repair, 2 missed appointments, & several hours on the phone getting the run around. Customer soulutions is useless.! I will never buy a thing from Sears again! My motherand brother said they would also never buy anthing from sears because of my troubles with them. Thanks
