I had a repair work done on my Kenmore dryer on Thursday, August 4, in Little Rock, AR. I was so pleased with the service. My repair person was Carlos. He was so efficient, but also very friendly and outgoing. He found another additional small problem with my the latch on my dryer door and repaired that as well. He had to go and pick up the latch part first, but returned shortly to fix that first. I love Kenmore products, and now I lso love your rpair services.
