Motel Rip-Off room was high priced, disgusting, unsuitable accomodation

After spending money on a-one night stay and incredibly exhausted from walking, I introduced my issues as much as my space and was completely ashamed. Space was dim since lamps didn't function, mattress was stained, horrible, and pungent. Toilet was saturated in form. I quit quickly, requested for my money-back and was declined and informed to contact 24 hours later, so when I did so they hung-up on me.
