Questionable workmanship on new homes.internet

I purchased a new home from this company and thankfully hired a certified home inspector to check it. The inspector found several things wrong with it. Poor workmanship, and items that weren't in compliance with the Georgia Building Codes.

The builder had to fix these items and did. DO NOT under any conditions purchase a new home in the State of Georgia without first having a certified home inspector check it. Don't assume that because it is a new home that it's built properly and safe! Also don't assume the city/county building officials in Georgia are doing they're jobs either! Buyer Beware!
