Shoddy and dangerous workmanship

Mark Stephens, the main of Accuracy Contracting, began to develop a home for us and we went into issue after issue with poor work that needed to be fixed at fantastic cost to us, and which at-one stage resulted in a significant incident involving my spouse. They made up the septic in error (they set it in), ended up it had been equally well whilst the pipes weren't right; later discovered a port tube in the septic arising in to a space within the cellar, set ports and pipes in incorrect location, inverted, positioned LVL supports improperly, didn't placed on top trusses about the supporting surfaces, cut terrace and assistance posts which should not have now been cut, leading to needing to include additional articles. Failed inspection after examination. Lastly needed to get top trusses reengineered because they couldn't cope with examination - thank heavens to get a fresh and qualified company. Additionally compensated a lot more than cited to Accuracy - $7,000 in work alone to put up the trusses! Plus they are scabbed and bent to suit, and didn't complement TPIis despite the fact that pre-designed. We're able to create a guide on these folks.
