Company charged $712 for 6 tumbler and one knob set change. Actually only changed 4 tumblers andthe knob set. Job should have been about $200

Locksmith was called to re-key 5 locks. Typical re-keying should cost about $30 per lock. They talked my wife into replacing the tumblers on 6 locks (we only have 4) and replacing a $30 knob set for $140. She had no knowledge of fair prices but agreed to $500. When the final bill was presented it was $712. She was then pressured into signing the bill as satisfactory because the work had been completed. Steer clear of these guys.
