Robert Skertich —Worked on Neighbor's Roof— Careless Workers left trash and cigarette butts on My Property— I'm left Cleaning Up the Mess!

My neighbor directly next door recently had his roof completely redone by Patriot Construction Group.

During this time we were very considerate and cooperative of this large construction project. We had no problem letting this contractor use our gate, front driveway, and side yard to set up ladders and scaffolding to complete the task next door. It may not sound like much of a hassle on our part but considering we had to park on the street, keep our dogs on a leash (in our fenced yard), and listen to loud machine on our property, I thought we were overly generous!

I completely understand that contractors of all trades have a very tight time schedule, especially during a tough economy. However, I was extremely upset to find that this company left a huge mess in our yard, garden, and flower beds.

I called the number on their website and the gentleman who answered said he would send out a crew to clean up the mess the very next morning.
