Construction rip-off

First the contract was with mom, but iam also on the title to the house and etc. He was giving us a 1 year warranty, the job was to put vinyle siding on the house. 541 stone st.
Watertown, ny 13601..

He did job ended in june of last year. During the construction
i pointed out the following and i was told about another:

1) the veneer on the soffet one was nailed and the other was not
—the one that was not seperated from the other on a corner of the back porch roof on the driveway side. This left a gap around a inch. I got him to look at it and he stated he could just chalk it. I suggested to cap the corner

2) the veneer around the front aluminum door expanded so that when closed it tried to fold back the metal veneer. I pointed it out and he was puzzled as to what to do. I put roofing nails in and it worked till winter time which made it rub again.

3) a neighbor came over and saw that the trim on the lower roof on the driveway side was not done (left unfinished) compared to the rest of the house.

4) on the driveway side by the back porch corner the siding is not under the corner piece i tried to move it but it wouldn't budge.
