The unprofessional and duplicitous HVAC operation continues. Compaints against this contractor are all true. Price gouging, inept technicians and no response to phone calls to resolve problems. Ex-employees have verified this bad operation. Henderson has misleading ads with discount coupons with expired dates, wrongly listed PA contractor numbers - everything to deceive a customer. Prices are 5 times the market price, no follow up on service.
