I purchase a washer/dryer and since then i have call the service department (3) times... And they fix the problem twice but now my dryer is broke again... I ask for a replacement dryer b/c i'm afraid once my warranty is gone i will have an extra expense every two to three months... The service tech call and stated he can come out this morning... I advide him i had to go to work and could they come after 3 b/c thts wht i told the young lady when i call he told me no... So, i call cooperate and as i was tellin the lady the problem she put me on mute and when i ask if she put me on mute she stated yes and that her supervisor was talkin and they was goin to see if they cld get a tech out after three... Well the answer was no... So i told her i will just them back to the store b/c i'm not payin for something tht is breakin down every two/three months... The manager for the service department and stated will have someone out there after 3... But did it take all that NO... Not happy at all with conns...
