On Monday February 28th we were referred to Pipeline Industries to scope our sewer due to dirt in our kitchen sink line. When the rep came out to scope he found a blockage near the sidewalk.

After hearing that our next door neighbor paid $4200 for the similar problem, we agreed to have Pipeline Industries excavate our lawn to dig to the blockage and repair 10 feet of sewer piping for $3500.

On Thursday, March 3rd our lawn was excavated but we were not repaired.instead, our rep re-scoped the piping and gave us an additional bid to repair to the main for an additional $11,500. Totaling $15000 for sewer replacement.

Our rep left, leaving the sewer out of service dumping into a hole in the ground while we decided which of the two exorbitant bids to go with.instead we sought out 2 more bids from recommend companies that both came in at least $4000 lower, for the same work.

Today March 4th we called our Pipeline rep to cancel the job and seek a refund for work not completed. We were then given the run-around and a new rep.

After 3 calls into the new contact at Pipeline, we were told that they were on-site finishing the job - read: TRESPASSING
Please investigate Pipeline Industries, this is a typical bait and switch scheme and we would like the general public to put this scheming and sleazy company to failure.
