This HVAC Contractor, contracted asbestos removal services from a seperate asbestos abatement Contractor and did not pay for the services rendered causing that Asbestos Abatement Contractor to suffer with the costs and the headaches of trying to collect from the Home Owners who have already paid the dead beat HVAC Contractor "California Air Services" and come to find out from talking with the Home Owners they charged the Home Owners 3 & 4 times what the actual cost of asbestos removal was. This Company is a fly by the night Gypsies run ripe off, They contract out the work and take the money and run.
