Baltimore City Healthy Start Lead Abatement Project
Baltimore CiTY Contractor Destroy My Home thru Healthy Start lead abatement Program

Miscellaneous

Healthy Start Lead Abatement Program paid a contractor by name of John Ware and Sons the sum 22,000 dollars. This contractor is one of the Baltimore City Healthy Start Contractor to remove lead. Mr. J. Ware came into my home and bust a big hole in my tin celling, broke flush sheet rock down my toilet, broke my toilet, rip through my bathroom, and primed, my walls, etc. Mr. Ware job was to remove lead and replace old windows with new windows (he used old window replacement-code violation). Eric Lomboy and his entire team came out to see the poor workmanship that was performed and order him back to do the work, Mr. Ware refused and months later were paid. Eric Lomboy signed my name on a contract in order to have the funds disburse to his friend. He had no right to involve himself into that contract. Mr. Ware had not pulled a work permit to come in my home and do work. When I ask Erick and the team for a arbitration with in ten days of my contract and after the house was destroy he refused to have it done, I feel like Eric Lomboy and Mr. Ware took advantage of me and the money.
