Olean, NY complaint

Took our car in for inspection, ended up taking off the back tire and assembly, unevenly pounded the crap out of the drum and cracked it saying it was already cracked along with the break shoes, (how do you pound so hard you break the break shoes?) it was obvious to the 2 other mechanics we took it to that Monro broke it. The manager said he had 25yrs experience for inspections, and well what they didn't notice was the busted ball joint in the front. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Go to the local small little mechanics in your area, they live here. Bad bad bad!!!
