Broke wheel covers on two cars!

The Monro Muffler on 173 Oakdale Road, Shop 377, Johnson City, NY 13790 broke my wheel covers on my two vehicles! I suppose taking off wheel covers is a simple task but apparently the mechanics at the shop can't perform this simple task well. The wheel cover on my second car is new (I bought it for two weeks) and they managed to break it when they do the oil change (which include tire rotation). They also broke another thing and charged me for $20 to replace it!
