Massachusetts Superior court case alledges that Rot Rooter sends Unlicensed Persons posing as Plumbers

It is alledged in Superior court of Massachusetts that Roto Rooter sends unlicensed Persons posing as Licensed plumbers to do work in Massachusetts. A Federal class action suit has alledged that this company forces its employees to carry the cost of running the buisness by making them purchase thier own trucks as well as the up keep. They continue to do this even though its against state and federal law.
