Scammed - drye

This company is a total SCAM! They sent out a technician to repair our dryer worked for a week then stopped. We've been calling them for a month, however the technician is out on a Family emergency (same story they told another user on this site). So they wont send anyone out to fix and wont return our money because it could be a different problem. When i said i'd have another company come out to confirm it was the ignitor and coil they said that would make the 30 day warranty invalid! All the numbers on line go back to the same office, Stacey is the Office manager and will not help, she provided a corporate email address which is an earthlink account??!!?? And nobody will respond despite my repeated attempts. Total scam, do not use!!
