The American Homeowners Association charged my debit card a fee of $129.00 for a membership that I never agreed to or even wanted. We don't even own a home, we rent. We don't even know how they got our information, We have never even heard or been to there web site before!
After alot of e-mails and phone calls they finally refunded our money. But because of them, it but us in a bind. It all happened around Christmas too!
