AHAmembership ripoff Solicits membership with false promises, Membership worthless

This company bills itself as a consumer homeowners's association.
In order to solicit membership, it offers free PDA's for a minimal charge. (A year *after* paying about $6.00 in "delivery charges" I still have not received the promised PDA — which is probably meaningless, since others report that the "PDA" is basically worthless.) That should have been a tip-off!
So you can call me stupid for not reacting sooner.
I believe the original membership charge after a 30-day free trial was around $80.00, last year. I intended to cancel but was neglectful. Since I was careless about finances at the time, I let it slide & decided to see what "benefits" the membership provides.
I was aroused to action when I saw a $119.00 charge on my credit card just this month! We had not paid much attention to the membership because we saw it as mainly a commercial site wanting to sell us stuff. And to think we *paid* for that!
They offer grocery store coupons online, like many other sites. However they charge a "delivery fee" for these! And that's on top of the membership!
I have phoned and emailed them to have this latest membership charge refunded. We'll see what happens.
