After being contracted to do work for Tod Servis of American Tool Supply, and after 90% of the work was completed, Mr. Servis claimed that my work was not completed and threatened me with legal action if i did not return his money.

We believe that Mr. Servis has contracted other services on ebay and when the work is almost complete, he withdraws from the contract and threatens legal action and neg ebay feedback if 100% refund is not given.

Mr. Servis was also very rude and abusive in his email communication.

We have also filed a feedback extortion complaint with eBay.
