Tod Servis Ebay extortion buyer!

Please be aware that American Tool Supply Company of Las Vegas uses the Ebay system to defraud sellers. Mr. Tod Servis claims to be the owner of this company. He makes purchases on ebay under the Ebay account smithtools.

Mr. Servis made a purchase of Morgan Dollars from two of my ebay accounts. After receiving the merchandise he claims the items are not what he was promised. He refuses to return the items for a full refund and demands a steep discount to keep the item.

After refusing him the discount he states that he will leave negative feedback on all accounts which the items were purchased from. Mr. Servis makes numerous threats to call law enforcement on all levels of government.

Mr. Servis is rude in his communications and claims that you will never find out the true name of his company or his whereabouts.

Do Not do any business with him and block him from contact on your ebay accounts.

I am in the process of taking legal action against him and will be glad to join or assist in any legal actions others are taking against him.
