Overcharged and Stole my Deposit Refund to Benefit Her clients and her Greedy self!

Century 21 Premier in Lake Elsinore is thecompany that basically ripped me off for my deposit. The problem is that I wascharged by the carpet cleaner $135 originally, then she sent him back, I hadspoke to the owner of Chem Dry he said Paula Gabbard, rental prop mgr. Generally sends himout again, even after it was cleaned the first time. So she is in cahoots with this company to be paid twice for each job thus overcharging when is already done. They both win, she preps he house for the next rentor and you pay twice. She also charged me for anentire clean out of the house I lived in only 1yr 6 months. The house was empty and clean, she told me the floors were sticky and it will be reasonable, the cost was $280.00. That was not reasonable the receipt said an entire clean out was done. I cleaned the entire house she just overcharged me once again. Again in cahoots with a local cleaning business to scam people. She also charged me paint touch up the house was brandnew with a small staircase, it had scratches while moving, she charge me forthis $143.

I know her bad practice is basically to charge every renter amove out fee so that they can prepare the house for her move in since she earnsmoney for the move in process. She uses each renters deposit to her benefit, and thus saves the owner fees. I knew she was going to rip me off, even beforeI moved out. She also emailed to tell me I had to pay for the time until sherented the property, I told her my lease was month to month after my first lease endedand signed a new one 6 months ago.

She simply said Oh I forgot yet, was goingto NOT return my deposit at all to begin with, only because I remembered I wasmonth to month did she change her tone. I believe if you investigate she hasripped off every tenant that has moved out of each property in Lake Elsinore toher advantage. She is scandalous and needs to be stopped, she does not use California Code for normal wear and tear, she uses her own methods and commits Fraud and people are not aware of the laws and I am sure I am not the only one she's ripped off in the past few years.
