Stay away from this company!

I do not recommend this company at all. This is another company who doesn't care about their customer, its just about how much cash you can give them and how fast they can get out of your house. The service technician was very rude and actually told me to "shut up" while I was explaining the problem with my refrigerator. He was in and out of my house in 8 minutes - would of been faster if I didn't request the written estimate.

Their representative spent two minutes inspecting my refrigerator (only looked at one thing), placed a call to the parts store and gave me a price of $185 total cost to fix my refrigerator and said I would have to wait 2 days for the part. When I asked what the latest appointment time was because as a single mother, who just moved to the area and who works 12 hours a day, I needed to arrange for someone to be at the house for the repair.
