Contacted sears to fix my samsung dryer. Horrible experience. Horrible customer NO service. Will never buy anything from them. Kept me on hold for 25 minutes.incompetent personl here and in Mexico and the Philippines. What ever happened to their motto "satisfaction guaranteed"? They're all washed up!
