I was so happy when I walk in Sears my plans were to buy an upright freezer to freeze a large shipment of meat that was to be deliver that morning. I walk in Sears at 8:30 P.M. That night, first mistake why you ask well at this store the polices is to close the store and get it ready for the next day big sale. (Veteran day). Did I mention I am a war vet USMC for 10 years.
At 8:30 it was more important to mark prices and place them on the merindice for us the shopper the people who keep them in business. After 15 min of watching this and they were doing a great job of it. One of the sales person job that night was walk with the tape and tape the the new price on the price stand, then one would look up the price and make a note on the print out then another would walk back in forth to the back and back the item that was going to be on sale. The three of them made a great team.
So now I’m mad as I ask one of the price changer was the store closed! The store was not why? I was floored now I asked for the manger. I get this person who was on his cell phone, in the office who was not at the end of his phone call sorry.
I lost my temper and used some very choice words try explain my concerns on spending my money. Wow that was so stupid of me.
Home Depot was just down the street I was so happy with service I received I spent more money than I planed. So thank you Sears you help me and Home Depot make my life easier…
