Gutters Inc. Changing their price after sale and build. Deceptive sales and ruse to collect added money, afetr contract signed

Contracted for a patio cover to be built in our backyard. Contractor quoted one price, then after construction demanded a higher price. Threatened to put a lien on our property if we did not comply. Sounds alot like extortion and "bait & switch" tactics. Avoid doing business with these guys. Reps name is Luis, his partner is named Clyde.
