Svaras Roofing, Inc. Dba Godfather Construction, LLC, Freddy Miles, Steve Anderson, & Thomas C. Kamin ripped me off, a senior citizen, out of a patio cover and awnings from hail damage

In April we had a bad storm and my home incurred hail damage. I hired Godfather Construction and Freddy Miles to be the contractor to replace the roof, gutters, siding on the garage, awnings, and patio cover per my insurance company's estimate.

I signed 2 contracts, one for the roof replacement that they did fulfull although it leaked by a vent cover at one point and they claim that they came out and fixed it although I never saw anybody come back out. The second contract was for the awnings and patio cover and I did give them a deposit of $3,024.95 in July for which they did come out and erect a type of patio cover, although it is not the right size and nor is it erected properly. It is not plumb or level, it is not bolted down and is therefore floating, and it has a 2 foot gap in the middle where now with all of the snow that we have had it is sagging in the middle and is dangerous now.
