Classic Rip-Off, order some pool parts online, wait a week - nothing. Wait another week, still nothing. Call and leave messages - no return phone call. Email the company, and it bounces back - and to add insult to injury, the part i bought is 20% higher than other websites I found it on. Now it has been 8 weeks, and I'm pretty sure I got ripped off! My first time too - I feel like a sucker. Thanks usacomplaints.com for having this forum - at least I can warn others, and get some of this off my chest. Stay away from poolpartsonline.com!
