I purchased a queen size electric mattress pad for my spare bed and back in November I tried to use it and only one side worked so I tried to contact the company through e-mail and have e-mailed them a total of 3 times and not once have they replied to me. This was a waste of my money to purchase this brand! No one has ever used it either.
I just tried calling the #800-789-6441 and all it does is ring, no one answers not even a recording.
