KBR Roofing Inc
KBR Roofing, KBR Construction, Kim Rose wrote a bad check then refused my phone calls and wouldn't return my messages about it

Mr. Kim Rose is the owner of KBR Roofing Inc. On Oct 26 he came to my shop to get 271 aluminum brackets powder coated. He had previously had the same type brackets powder coated so he was aware of the price and turn around time. On Nov 12th the job was complete and we immediately called to let him know. After a week went by we called again to remind him his parts were finished but he still didn't show up to pick up his property or pay the bill.

Two and a half weeks later (Nov 30) Mr. Rose sent an employee with half the money in cashso he couldpick up half of the order. About 2 weeks after that (Dec 11th) another employee came to my shop with a KBR Roofing Inc business check for the remainder of the total, signed by Mr. Kim Rose, so we handed over the remaining brackets.

On Dec 16th we were notified by our bank that the check Mr. Rose passed was returned for Insufficient Funds. First thing the following morning I called Mr. Rose on his cell phone and left a message that his check was returned and he should call me right away. He didn't return my message so I called and left messages the next morning on his cell and office phones, again, asking him to call back right away. We did not get a return call until Dec 22nd from his secretary saying he would be out first thing on the 23rd to pay the bill but he never showed up.

If you are doing business with KBR Roofing Inc, or Mr. Kim Rose of St. Pauls North Carolina it wouldn't be a bad idea to insist he pay in cash because his checks are about as good as his integrity!
