He took over $15,000 and delivered NOTHING

This person was hired by a recommendation of another person in the construction field, and he took over $15,000 and my husband had to do most of the work for only two planters. Throughout the months from April-September, he spent most of his time generating excuses as to why he couldn't work, took our truck for supposed material pickups in VA, for the entire 4th of July weekend. We later found out the companies in NJ wouldn't supply him because he owed over $20,00 in material bills from prior jobs. They wouldn't even allow him cash n carry! Sadly my father in law passed during this time and my normally fiesty husband had all the sense and fight knocked out of him. This conman took horrific advantage of my husbands situation and kindness. Since, we have found other companies in the area that have been ripped off by this horribly evil person but none of them have filed. We now have, but until there is a judgement, which may never be reached as my research shows everything is in his father's name, I hope no one else is hurt. The concrete was for a pool coping and planters, which we have diligently saved for over ten years. My husbands fondest memories were swimming in his pool with his father and siblings during their youth and he wanted to share the same experiences with his children. An incredibly honest concrete company Wellformed Concrete, has finished the coping, planters and patio, for less than was stolen from us by Roger Bieberbach.
