ABC Flooring from Park Ridge and it's Owner John Bujdei are Consumer Ripp offs

I hired ABC flooring Inc (after i found their ad on Craigs List) to refinish my Hard wood flooring in front area and Carpet in my bedrooms. Mr. John Bujdei who claimed to be the owner/president of the company was assuring me that the job will be to perfection and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately for me, Mr. John Bujdei showed up by himself and worked for 5 straight days thus causing a lot of inconvenience to my family. Once he finished the job I came to inspect and found hair all over my floor that was mixed with the shiny finish as well as bubbles all over my living room. Carpet was installed unevenly and produced a "wrinkled" effect in at least two corners.

Once I approached Mr. John Bujdei with this, he became rude and uncooperative. When I refused to pay until he fixes the problem he threatened to remove the carpet and destroy the floor. I had to call Police to have him removed from my home.

I hired another Contractor who had to do the job all over again. I was inconvenienced, threatened and treated unfairly by ABC flooring and it's owner and I do not recommend this company.
