Don't Uhaul here

This company made unauthorized transactions on my credit card without notifying me of their actions ahead of time. Having left the keys to a Uhaul van I rented on the van seat... Resulted in an $38 charge to have new keys made.

Originally, i had offered to come down with the police and get the keys out. The employee claimed he could handle it and had them come by before. Without further contact the employee charged my credit card with info retained from the van rental and made the unauthorized transaction.

In spite, I was then charged the entire $80 originally authorized, for a bill that should have been $29. Let me clear, a charge of $80 a charge of $37... To rent a $20 van for 13 miles, while I used my own insurance.
