Never completed work / Kept the Money!

Bill Richardson of T&R Masonry & Getting in Philadelphia (215-882-3787) joined in to a agreement to complete some repairs at my home. He got the entire cost about the situation he was finishing the job that same-day and undoubtedly left without completing. Today weeks have passed by and that I have now been calling daily, often without obtaining a solution or actually voicemail. About the several occasions I've voiced to Barbara Armpriester of W&R (215-964-1520), she's guaranteed they could be visiting complete after which no body turns up or calls to reschedule. At this time I've requested for my money-back and also have, remarkably, gotten no reaction. I am considering suing them-but the price/time dedication may be a lot of. Do not create the exact same error I did so!!!
