I have a complaint about your willingness to honor your warrenties. You would rather accuse customers of damaging their computers rather than repair them under the warrenty. I did not spill anything in my laptop but was told that I did and that is not covered by my warrenty. I have uncovered pagas and pages of complaints with the same issue peoople were told that a liquid was spilled in their computer and it can be fixed for $199. I will naver purchase another acer product again and will advise anyone that will listen to do the same. Your company should be ashamed
