Unfinished work, overcharges, no receipts

1. Per the agreement he was suppose to provide maid support for that cleanup that we taken care of and he didn't supply.

2. The covers for that shades were never changed.

3. The agreement requires a $2,500 retainer fee. We settled that plus $1,000 inclusion, but where does it express, within the agreement, the extra $1,000 cost.

4. I never obtained a bill for cost # 4 ($1,714). Not able to obtain a bill from Mark Scudder, operator of Miramar Consulting.

5. Nevertheless require the $130 overpayment repaid in my experience for overcharges.

6.incomplete function: there's a pit within the wall which requires patching. He's didn't appear often.
